Terms of Service
These terms explain your responsibilities, the limits of browser automation, and how Dropomatic plans and credits work.
Last updated August 9, 2026
Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Dropomatic website or extension, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter a contract and authorized to operate every marketplace account you connect or automate.
What Dropomatic provides
Dropomatic is browser-based software that assists with product research, listing creation, price and stock monitoring, offer review, reporting, and order fulfillment. Automation runs in Chrome using marketplace sessions that you control. Dropomatic is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon or eBay.
Your responsibilities
- Review listings, prices, item specifics, buyer messages, offers, orders, and fulfillment details before relying on them.
- Comply with Amazon, eBay, payment-provider, consumer-protection, tax, privacy, intellectual-property, dropshipping, and product-safety requirements that apply to you.
- Keep your accounts, devices, API keys, and recovery methods secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
- Do not use Dropomatic to deceive buyers, evade marketplace enforcement or rate limits, access accounts you do not own, infringe rights, sell prohibited goods, or interfere with the service.
Automation and marketplace risk
Browser interfaces and marketplace rules change without notice. Automation can fail, pause, select incorrect data, duplicate an action, or require manual review. Retailer-to-buyer fulfillment may violate eBay's dropshipping policy and can lead to restrictions, removals, refunds, or account suspension. You decide whether and how to use each feature and remain responsible for marketplace activity performed through your accounts.
Plans, credits, trials, and billing
Paid plans, renewal periods, trials, listing capacity, and prices are shown at checkout. Listing credits are consumed only after Dropomatic confirms a listing was published, subject to the credit rules shown in your account. Unused monthly credits, plan changes, cancellation timing, and promotional terms follow the terms displayed when you subscribe. Stripe processes payments. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel through the available billing controls.
Taxes and currency conversion may apply. If a charge or credit balance appears incorrect, contact support promptly so it can be investigated. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, fees already charged are not automatically refundable.
Your content and third-party services
You retain rights in information and content you provide. You grant Dropomatic the limited permission needed to process that content for the features you request. Amazon, eBay, Stripe, Supabase, Geoapify, and any AI provider you select are independent third parties governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, decisions, or policy changes.
Service changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve security, comply with law or platform policy, or respond to technical changes. We may restrict or terminate access for fraud, abuse, nonpayment, security risk, or material breach. You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time, subject to records we must retain for legal or billing reasons.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Dropomatic is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, marketplace approval, sales, profit, or that generated content and automation results will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dropomatic and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, marketplace restrictions, lost listings, buyer claims, or third-party service failures. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Dropomatic during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so these limits apply only as far as permitted.
Contact and changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised date, and continued use after they take effect means you accept them. Questions may be sent to support@dropomatic.com.
