Billing
Refund and Cancellation Policy
A 7-day free trial before any charge, cancellation in one click from your dashboard, and access that runs to the end of the period you paid for.

How billing works
- Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required, but it is not charged when the trial begins.
- Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected monthly plan begins automatically and Stripe charges the payment method on file.
- If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged and your account data is not deleted.
- Paid plans bill monthly in advance from the date your first payment succeeds.
- Starter's first month is $50 through the START50 discount, then $100 per month. The discount applies once, to the first invoice only.
- Listing credits reset to your plan's monthly allowance on each successful payment. Unused credits from the previous month do not carry over. Bonus credits granted outside a plan are separate and are not reset.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in your account dashboard. No email, no phone call, and no retention process.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep full access and your remaining credits until that date, and you are not charged again.
Refunds
- Because a 7-day free trial is provided before any charge, monthly payments are generally non-refundable once the period has begun.
- If Dropomatic is materially broken for an extended period during a paid month, and you contact us during that month, we will refund or credit that month at our discretion.
- If you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice for the same period, we will refund it in full. Contact us and we will correct it.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Changing plans
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Manage billing. Stripe prorates the difference automatically. An upgrade takes effect immediately and adjusts your credit allowance; a downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
Before you dispute a charge
If a charge is unexpected, contact us first. Almost every disputed charge in a subscription business is a forgotten trial or an unrecognised billing descriptor, and we can resolve either in minutes. Charges from Dropomatic appear on your statement as DROPOMATIC.
A chargeback costs both of us more than a refund does, and we would rather simply refund you.
What we cannot refund
- Fees charged by eBay, Amazon, or your payment processor. Those are not ours and we cannot return them.
- Costs you incur with your own AI provider. You bring your own key and pay that provider directly, at their price, with no markup from us.
- Losses arising from marketplace account restrictions, suspensions, returns, or unsold inventory. Those risks are yours and are described in our Acceptable Use Policy.
